Reporting or blocking someone
Every letter and every profile has a report and block entry. If you cannot reach it inside the app, write to us.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app. Deleting removes your letters permanently.
Purchases
Coins are purchased through Apple or Google, and billing or refund requests are handled by that store. Send us your store receipt and we can check the state of your account.
