1 · What SlowHi is
A slow correspondence app. Letters are delivered after a delay based on the distance between two people. There is no instant chat and no typing indicators.
2 · Age
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
3 · Coins
Coins are bought through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play billing as optional one-time purchases. They never expire. There is no subscription, no membership and no paid tier. Coins cannot unlock video calling or shorten the 30-day requirement.
4 · No promises
Nothing you buy promises a reply, faster progress, earlier video access, extra profile visibility or a successful connection.
5 · Conduct
No harassment, sexual content involving minors, scams or solicitation. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and accounts may be removed without notice.
6 · Video calling
Video becomes available after 30 days of continued correspondence and only when both people accept. It is free, cannot be sold, and the waiting period cannot be skipped by payment.
7 · Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. Unused Coins are not refundable, and deleting an account removes your letters permanently.
